Some but not all of you may have seen my Blog regarding the major overhaul I’m doing to my Town home. As if that wasn’t enough to deal with, I just found out that my AC Unit is completely shot! I will need a totally new AC Unit for the patio area and cannot get away with just repairing the Compressor. I have been given 2 quotes.
1 is $1,700.00 & the other $1,600.00. YIKES!!!
As a single Mom, doing all the renovations to this place by myself, a new AC unit is totally out of the question. Been having some great weather lately but I’m a native Houstonian and I know my time is running out!
If any one knows ANYBODY in the Houston or surrounding area, that can assist me in getting a new AC unit at a lower cost (wholesale or better) please contact me immediately! If I can get that much done, maybe I can find a way to get darn thing installed. Many thanks for your assistance from a very grateful heart……..
