Re: little bit about the expanded material for 3rd coast wkshp...
Fri, October 30, 2009 - 9:21 AMFor those of you that attended Tribal Alchemy... were you mesmerized like I was by Rose when she took the stage?
YES of course she is an enormously talented performer... but what she adds to the flavor and atmosphere of her performance with her visual presentation is beyond words. She could have merely stood there and I would have drank it all in....... and maybe not even have noticed the lack of movement ..... for at least a little while!
These skills are what she is bringing to us for her 3rd Coast class offerings.... her costuming skills and ability to create a theatrical
presentation of a whole/cohesive concept - merging music, a vision of an idea, intent and an overall aesthetic and creating a character on stage. This is the creative process in action.... that is what we all witnessed just a few weeks ago at Tribal Alchemy.
Come and learn how she does it!
Fri 10a-Noon - Creating Character Costumes
Sat 9-11a - Costume Construction / Make-up & Hair for Stage -a Hands On Workshop!
Get your classes here! www.3rdcoasttribal.us
PS: And if you weren't at TA... you can see Rose do her majic on our stage...!!!! We heart Rose...!
